Pestilential Shadows come from New South Wales , and feature members of Funeral Mourning and Austere , not to mention a fuck-ton of other bands. All around great album here. -DVHG
My newest favorite album on here comes from the UK. And the only other thing I can say about this is the musicianship is amazing and the guitars do things that blow my mind. A swirling mass of unheard black metal mastery. Do yourself a favor and get this immediately! -DVHG
This Israeli band recorded the beautifully raw , old school black metal album 'Hymn of the Dead' in 1996 and guess what happened? It wasn't released until 2008. I'm listening to this all night. - DVHG
The UK's Extinction is one of the rawest sounding black metal projects I have ever heard. Instant classic. It's been raining for weeks here and I can think of no better way to spend the day than smoking a little weed and blasting this unbelievable one-man band. Vuel from this band is also in a power electronics project called Genocide Hammer. -DVHG
David Galas and Mike Van Port Fleet decided to make some of the darker tracks they were making for Lycia into a whole new project around 1995. One of my all-time favorite albums period. 5 stars. -DVHG
From the mountains of Colorado we find the unmistakable genius of the hugely occult-obsessed band Nightbringer. I have been following their albums for awhile now and they just keep getting better. 5 stars. -DVHG
Black Doom from Australia. Coolest thing I've listened to in awhile. I will be blasting this band for a long time. Ethereal , harsh , and quiet all at the same time. Otherworldly guitars shimmer all over this.
Female fronted Hungarian-style Burzum worship. 5 fucking stars. Could listen to this all day. I'm going to put their newer one: Loquitur Cum Alqo Sathanas up soon. -DVHG
